To make the flat discs start with a small ball and flatten it out in your hand then press it on your work surface. Make easy polymer clay marble hearts to create a beautiful pendant or charm with this very easy tutorial. Use a skewer to poke holes through each piece. I showed this technique in a tutorial a little while back in a faux aga.

This just shows the marbling technique and how i sand. I use it to make miniature cups and plates. Wrap your strings together to combine colors for a bright pattern or coil the colors together for a bolder look. Set the circle in an oven safe bowl gently so it naturally forms the shape.

You only need white and transparent polymer clay some mica powder colors gloss varnish. The cutting board deminsions will be given when i do the wooden cutting board for the sliced peppers. Marbling is fun and easy. As the clay smooshes out at the sides stop pressing the marble down.

Press the marble gently and slowly into the ball. Place the marble pretty side up onto the non flattened side of the ball of clay. Use it to make marble malachite or wood. Follow the instructions on your clay packaging to bake.
